Material from lifeofsouthwest.com, lsw.net, teamtsa.com or any web site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by Life Insurance Company of the Southwest ("Life Insurance Company of the Southwest Web Sites") may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of the copyrights and other proprietary rights. Life Insurance Company of the Southwest (LSW), NAIC Company Code 65528, is licensed to do business in 49 states and the District of Columbia. LSW is not licensed in New York. Its home office is located in Dallas, Texas.

PRIVACY AND SUPPLEMENTAL PRIVACY POLICIES
LSW is a member of the National Life Group. Each member company of the National Life Group has an established "Privacy Policy." These policies are accessible by clicking here. In addition to these Policies, and because the National Life Group is sensitive to privacy issues on the Internet, we have adopted the following Supplemental Privacy Policy for this Site. We encourage you to review and become familiar with not only each member company's privacy policy but also with the following Supplemental Privacy Policy. When utilizing this Site, both sets of privacy policies will apply.

DEFINITIONS

"Personal Data" is personal and/or confidential information that relates to you and your account, policy, contract or affiliation with the National Life Group.

WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED
In general, you can visit the Site while remaining anonymous by not providing any Personal Information. In some cases, Non-Personal Information may be automatically collected, such as your Internet Browser, computer operating system, domain name of your Internet service provider and/or the website from which you linked to our Site.

Personal Information about you (e.g., your name, address, telephone number, social security number, and/or email address) will not be collected unless you provide it to us voluntarily. For example, the National Life Group retains e-mail addresses of visitors who respond to the Site's e-mail forms, online forms, registration forms and surveys, and contest entries.
